About the Author
Richard St. John is a former industrial designer and marketing communicator turned motivational speaker and bestselling author. His journey into success research began after a chance question on a flight:What really leads to success? He devoted ten years to exploring this, resulting in his signature TED Talk and the book 8 To Be Great Besides his work on success, he is also an accomplished poet, with publications like The Pure Inconstancy of Grace and Shrine, and holds degrees from Princeton University and the University of Virginia, as well as a mid-career Loeb Fellowship from Harvard Richard currently resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he continues to write, speak, and inspire others to harness these eight success traits.
