Susan Gildenberg Jeffers (March3,1938 October27,2012) was an American psychologist, speaker, and selfhelp author best known for her international bestseller Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway. She earned her doctorate in psychology in New York City and ran seminars teaching people how to manage fear and transform selfdoubt into growth. Though she passed away in October 2012, her legacy endures through her empowering, warmtoned books that have uplifted millions around the world.
